Our Story

A Legacy Is Born

Costplan Management Ltd. was the first professional firm established in Alberta to specifically offer Construction Cost Management services. Based in Calgary, the firm has served Western and Northern Canada as well as overseas markets for the last years. During that time Costplan has provided Consulting Services on a wide variety of construction projects, with the total project value of the projects we've worked on exceeding $15 billion.

Going Forward

With a solid track record of success, we believe our future is bright with potential. While the economic downturn of Alberta from 2015 to the present may have slowed the economy down, we are working with both local and provincial government projects as well as private redevelopment projects pushing through to the next rise in the Alberta Economy. The rapidly changing market conditions have made our jobs that much more important going forward in turbulent times as the economy begins to bounce back.
